JR48194 Intern - Manufacturing (Polytechnic Students)
**Description**:
Experience the first-hand world leading NAND manufacturing process in F10 Micron, guided hands-on maintenance activities on manufacturing tool as well as insights to the daily operations of a world-class fabrication plant.
**Job Scope**:
During your internship, you will be:
- introduced to the different manufacturing processes available in Micron Fab10.
- assigned a mentor who will expose you to various forms of maintenance, manufacturing tool release procedure and other facets of continuous improvement in a wafer fabrication plant.
- develop the critical thinking and growth mindset along with strategic planning and execution skills in you.
- assigned a project to help you develop the proficiency and familiarity in these processes and acting as a capstone to the learning experience.
**Project Title**: Labour Productivity Improvement via PowerApp development and Site Standardization
**Deliverables**:
Demonstrate and complete the following:
- understanding of the different manufacturing processes in a wafer fabrication plant.
- understanding on different scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
- competency in performing hands-on tasks for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
- understanding on the manufacturing tool releases post-maintenance events.
- understanding and competency in the planning and execution of a continuous improvement project.
- understanding of the different manufacturing metrics and their impacts.
- the project scope and present the process, challenges and quantifiable gain.
