Responsibilities:

- Assist with procurement, implementation and roll-out of a new system.
- Support and maintain SDAR systems, web portal and website.
- Provide consultancy support to IT workgroups within SDAR department.
- To supervise and mentor student leaders for CCAs to increase participation in polytechnic activities.
- Review club objectives, programs and making sure the execution of the programs meets club requirement.
- Making sure students have a conducive environment for development. Guide students to follow and practice the NYP core values and to maintain a healthy number of student members in the club.
- Provide support for leadership and character development and student life academy events.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma graduate from an IT-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Well-verse in Programming competency
- Possesses Project Management skills and equipped with good problem-solving skills.
- A team player with good administrative and organisational abilities.
- A keen passion for Leadership & Character Development and willing to oversee the students' activities after office hours and weekends.
- Good leadership & character development qualities and possesses great communication skills.
