**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a newly created role to help support the full spectrum of finance function in accordance with local statutory requirements and corporate policies.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Full FP&A function; responsible for the financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Responsible for timely preparation of reporting and reconciliation of management accounts during month-end closure, in accordance with local accounting standards and group reporting requirements.
- Provide sound business insights by analyzing and reporting financial performance trends and issues.
- Continuously identify improvements in processes, internal controls and policies/ procedures to enhance efficiency and facilitate accurate and timely reporting.
- Supports the financial integration with partners, ensures our financial reporting data flows to our partner’s ERP system.
- Supports the finance activities such as billings activities with partners.
- Supports the preparation of reports and discussions with external auditors, tax agents and authorities etc on statutory requirements.
- Be actively involved in other ad-hoc assignments or projects.

**You should have**:

- A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related fields. Preferably with professional certifications (CA/CPA/ACCA)
- At least 4 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in audit or startup firms
- Sound financial understanding, preferably in eCommerce or FMCG.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP & BI tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, etc and MS office
- Strong working knowledge with Singapore FRS and Income Tax Act etc
- The ability to perform in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
- A self-driven mindset and always eager to learn
