Roles & Responsibilities
Responsiblities
Manage the relationship between FAPL and its selected AMS partner
Function as the FAPL POC for support issue escalation, AMS issue resolution, and project initiation.
Proactively ensure AMS support is working within the bounds of the terms of the agreement.
Collaborate with Business and AMS support partners to ensure business demands are appropriately administered
Proactively provide status on all activities to appropriate stakeholders
Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems
Develop procedures, processes, and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the process or end-state deliverable
Other projects and initiatives as assigned
**Requirements**:
3 to 5+ years strong experience working as a Service Delivery Manager for SAP Application Maintenance and Support & Project engagement in a medium organization.
Must have worked as an SAP Functional or Technical Consultant having hands-on experience in Maintenance and Support
Should have experience handling stakeholders like business users, IT management, and Vendor partner.
Well-versed with the execution of Support operations like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, SLA, Status reports, Dashboards, etc.
Experience in transition from project to Support
