We are currently looking for someone to join our Backend Operations Planning & Controlling team who will be responsible for mid to long-term planning horizon of production capacity and capital expenditure.
In your new role you will:

- Be responsible for **mid to long term planning horizon of production capacity and Capital Expenditure **in 13 global sites
- Ensure on time availability of **production capacity to meet customer demand **using good planning systematic
- Evaluate justifications to invest in higher capacity from global sites and make final proposal to higher management on investment worthiness
- **Drive optimization and harmonization activities to improve planning efficiency and effectiveness**:

- **Generate planning / controlling reports **to drive for results and performance

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science / Business or a related field
- **3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor industry**:

- Possess strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
- An individual who is self-driven and proactive with high adaptability to changing environment, innovative with strong desire to learn
- A strong team player that enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse culture
- **Experience in Data analytics tool Tableau will be an advantage
