You will be working on the development of Children and Teens services and programmes at Punggol Regional Library as an SparkLab Intern under Programmes & Services.
**[What you will be working on]**
- Contribute to the enhancement and development of SparkLab resources and visitor experiences.
- Assist in designing and implementing new evaluation and feedback methods for the SparkLab programme.
- Support the integration of innovative learning approaches, such as storytelling, into SparkLab activities.
- Participate in projects aimed at increasing visitor engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to research, plan, and execute various improvement initiatives for SparkLab.
- Assist the Project Manager in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and presentation preparation.
**[What we are looking for]**
- Open to students from all disciplines; students with a background in STEM education are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for children and adults.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and hands-on learning.
- Familiarity with digital tools for content creation and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to analyse data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of or interest in makerspaces, STEM education, or interactive learning environments is advantageous.
