As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the bar. Your role includes managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing the financial aspects of the bar. Additionally, you'll develop and implement strategies to enhance the bar's profitability and reputation. This leadership position requires strong managerial skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage staffing, including hiring and training.
- Monitor and control inventory, budgets, and financial transactions.
- Create training program and materials.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analyse industry trends and implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in high-end bars.
- Proven success in elevating the guest experience.
- Executive leadership experience in hospitality or a related industry.
- Exceptional decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
