**Senior Associate, Product Management Department**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and promote brand strategy to improve market share and sales.
- Strengthen digital presence within the market.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a diverse team. Able to manage end to end campaign execution - delivering in full and on time campaign executions across all products
- Improve customer experience including taking care of UI/UX design and effective communication with customers
- To manage the brand revitalization project including liaising with the brand consultant, agency and internal stakeholders.
- To conduct market research, draft marketing contents, conceptualize marketing communication strategies for product launches / campaigns
- To building strong digital presence - to plan, manage and execute digital strategy to optimize communication and sales for digital channels.
- To manage sales performance for digital channels sales and social media management (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
- To manage and maintain the contents of websites, Facebook, Instagram, EDMs and mobile apps
- To design customer journey, to review and conduct UAT for the UI/UX design and messages of all platforms
- To ensure consistent quality execution for all marketing initiatives
- To work with various stakeholders (legal, compliance, regulatory etc.) pertaining to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- To identify new trends in digital financing and to develop technical collaboration opportunities to enhance the digital financing eco system.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and networking ability.
- Strong organizational, planning skills and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Possess a positive attitude and strive to produce valuable deliverables.
- Able to work under stress and take constructive feedback optimistically.
- Ability to work on jobs assigned with minimum supervision.
- Able to plan and manage time effectively.
- Must demonstrate logical thinking with an independent and willing to learn attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
