
Assistant Manager, Home Health Case Management

The Assistant Manager will need to:
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure organisational objectives are me
- Be able to work in multi-cultural settings
- Co-ordinate and implement care plans and schedules for clients enrolled in the company’s home health programme
- Plan and create an effective roster for the team of care staff assigned to ensure care delivery and optimal resource deployment
- Provide a supervisory role to the team of care staff to ensure service standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded
- Manage finances and resources for the programme to ensure business viability and growth
- Engage the clients and families to ensure service standards are met and overall customer satisfaction
- Design and execute innovative related care programmes as part of ongoing efforts to build the business of care
**Qualifications**:
- Degree/Diploma or Professional Certification
- 2 to 3 years experience
- Good coordination skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful and have patience in dealing with people
