- Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure upkeep of outlet before and after operations
- Attend to customer, taking order, serving food and drinks
- Assist in beverage preparation and service
- Ensure sufficient inventory stock for items use for floor & bar service
- Coach, train and develop the junior staffs in accordance to restaurant S.O.P
