Main Responsibilities:

- Generation and submission of quotations to clients based on D&B/ A&A projects, schedule of rates and / or Star Rates.
- Sourcing of quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers.
- Assessment and preparation of contract variation orders, claims, cost studies, final accounts consolidation.
- Review and liaise closely with the Project Leader/Manager/MD throughout the process of pitching to confirmation and execution.
- Liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities during the entire project phase.
- Any other related ad hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma and / or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Quick analytical thinking
- Familiar with PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS and / or Singapore contract laws
- Very proficient in MS Excel, Words, PPT.
- 2 years experience in tenders and / or private contracts

QS Admin support:
1) Key in tender BQ description.

2) Key in SOR for tender.

3) Key in data for initial budget tabulation.

4) Calling of subset quotations for on going tender/pitches 5) Handle PO preparation / issuance for on going jobs

6) Assist on preparation of minor maintenance quotes (small value quotations)

7) Any other ad hoc QS admin duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma and / or Cert in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
