**_Job Description & Requirements_**

To assist the manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of goods. Manage staff, processes, and systems

within the operation team and ensure productivity targets are met and oversee the maintenance of warehouse and labor allocation.

**_Main Responsibilities: _**
- To ensure daily warehouse operations are carried out competently and with minimum mishandling.
- Assist manager/supervisor to monitor the accuracy of cargo movement, and correct allocation of cargo.
- Planning and deployment of transport details when required for any jobs.
- Enhance and optimize storage capacity for warehouse and yard to support the operation flow.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems where utilized.
- Bridge for coordination between the operation team to the various departments within the organization.
- Work with respective Key Account Managers to ensure accurate storage charges to customers.
- Overseeing and monitoring scheduled maintenance of the vehicle, machinery, and equipment.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an organization’s buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

**Technical Skills**:

- Min 1-2 years of working experience in warehouse management (preferably with some supervisory experience).
- Min “Nitec” Level and above.
- Able to communicate in English in both verbal and written.
- Preferably with a certified forklift license and class 3 driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
