Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development and Management:

- Lead and manage the company's investment operations, ensuring the achievement of investment goals.
- Develop and execute investment strategies and plans to expand and penetrate the market.
- Supervise and optimize investment processes to enhance efficiency and returns.
- Investor Relations Management:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key investors, ensuring the company's good reputation among investors.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and other related events to promote the company’s brand and investment projects.
- Market Analysis and Risk Management:

- Analyze market dynamics and competitive environments to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the stability and sustainability of investments.
- Real Estate and/or Mining Project Management:

- Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate and/or mining projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Ensure real estate and/or mining projects comply with local regulations and industry standards, managing project teams, coordinating resources, and resolving project issues.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and motivate the investment team to foster collaboration and enhance performance.
- Develop the professional skills of team members to promote their career growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or above in Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in the real estate and/or mining industry, with extensive management experience.
- Familiarity with the East Asian market, especially the mainland, with over 10 years of experience working in an overseas financial center (e.g., Hong Kong).
- Over 10 years of experience in investor relations (IR), capable of handling relationships with investors.
- Experience working in a listed company is preferred.
- Proven team management experience, able to lead and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate and/or mining laws, regulations, and industry standards, with excellent risk management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly adjusting strategies based on market changes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
