Master Technician

We are looking for a Master Technician, who will operate and maintain the utility systems to provide uninterrupted utilities supply to support the manufacturing operation. You will lead or support machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure for the assigned equipment systems.

This role is an individual contributor and is a member of the utility team operations responsible for the equipment safety, functionality and performance. You will actively participate in improvement teams and initiatives.

You will be based in Jurong, Singapore.

**What you will do**:

- Operate and maintain the Utility systems which includes Chiller System, Compressed Air System, Overhead Crane System, Low Voltage Electrical System and the Automated Guided Vehicles.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the utility systems, to provide uninterrupted utilities supply to support the manufacturing operations. This includes liaising and supervising of contractors and vendors to meet the maintenance requirements.
- Conduct machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure, to prevent reoccurrence.
- Update documentation (work orders, spare parts, etc) as specified by the maintenance department procedure
- Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to maintain the reliability of the machines.
- Any other suitably assigned duties

**Who you are**:

- Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Prior experience in electrical maintenance and utilities system management
- Able to read electrical and electronics schematic diagrams
- Knowledge of TPM and SAP will be an added advantage
- A team player who is meticulous on the operation and drive assigned tasks independently
- Able to work under pressure and manage stressful situations with composure
