Working Hours (8am to 8.30pm)
- 4 to 6 Days week
- Full time 44 hours per week
- Part timers (4 to 6 hours option) From 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm

The Retail Assistant assists the Retail Manager in the management of all retail operations and drives initiatives to establish a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process online order from all online domain.
- Manage, track and maintain retail inventory movement - Receive, Count and Transfer stock; Display and Re-pack products; Raise purchase request.
- Receive, verify, and record goods received.
- Conduct and facilitate quarterly stock taking.
- Perform cashiering duties.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness storewide.
- Provide customer service and product sales to retail walk-ins and online customers.
- Enquire about customers’ needs, educate customers on our products and answer their queries.
- Perform online and e-commerce orders, delivery scheduling, etc.
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Part Timers or students on vacation are welcome to apply
**Requirements**:

- Must be conversant in English.
- Flexibility to work on shift duties, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction is a must.
- Previous experience in F&B sector preferred.
Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends
Service-oriented and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
