**About Our Client**

Our client is currently seeking for a driven and technically sound Salesforce Technical Lead with experience in mentoring developers and leading an entire salesforce project. The whole project cycle entails designing and architecting of the project.**About the role**
- Establish the entire Salesforce solution design and integration needed for business initiatives.
- Help the Business and Application teams by determining/solving their business challenges from a technical point of view and recommending the best, most reliable solutions.
- Technical lead for the Salesforce custom development projects, encouraging developers and vendors to create reliable and scalable designs
- Establishment of a written methodology for SFDC solution and service offerings, including procedures, models, tools, and best practices

**About the person**
- Working knowledge of highly customized organizations with numerous custom objects, integrations, different declarative automation kinds, and apps, as well as demonstrable examples of reverse engineering and configuration simplification
- Strong design and best practices experience for Salesforce solutions, as well as an excellent understanding of Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, and Lightning web components
- Ability to incorporate business domain needs into Salesforce solutions based on experience delivering projects in a large enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, as well as the Salesforce ecosystem's security and data protection model
