- Attend to client’s sales inquiries and aid in preparing sales orders/quotations.
- Manage customers’ orders and expedite shipments to meet monthly sales targets.
- Generate Delivery Orders and Tax invoices for customers.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality customer service.
- Ensure accuracy of product information in the warehouse system (e.g., part number, pricing, quantity, etc.).
- Compile weekly and month-end closing sales data and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule shipping and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate delivery schedules between customers and vendors. - Supervise warehouse operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic physical stock-take processes.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by immediate Manager.

Job Requirements
- Hold a minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication (verbal/written), and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player. Capable of working within a team to manage daily tasks.
