**About the role**:
As the Regional Marketing Leader (RML) you will be responsible for the company’s Oncology portfolio of products for Gastrointestinal cancers, Head & Neck cancers and Melanoma in the Asia-Pacific region. You will report directly to the AVP Regional Marketing Oncology and will be based at the regional headquarters in Singapore.

You will be accountable for supporting the achievement of the revenue targets for Oncology (Gastrointestinal cancers, Head & Neck cancers and Melanoma) in the AP region. You will work closely with countries to drive execution of Franchise Strategies and ensure full integration with Regional and Country Market Access, Medical Affairs, Policy, and Public Affairs.

**What will you do**:

- You will work with the regional and country teams to ensure early launch and medicine access across the entire region. Identify opportunities and capitalize on their potential to drive market growth.
- You will develop integrated marketing plans and strategies to maximize revenue and operating income. Ensure timely action plans to leverage opportunities or overcome key market challenges. Identify business development, regulatory, infrastructure, resource, and forecasting needs and assist AP markets in fulfilling those needs.
- You will provide customer, commercial, and marketing input to the global cross-functional team to shape and influence the global marketing strategy and other deliverables. Work closely with countries to ensure that the global strategy, brand, and customer tactics appropriately meet customers' needs in the AP Region.
- As the RML, you will provide forecast support and monitor the growth and financial strength of the brands and engage with Managing Directors/BU directors in select countries to drive, monitor, and enhance the overall performance of the Franchises in each market.

**What should you have**:

- You have a relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a deep understanding of AP markets.
- You have excellent business acumen, Financial management, and deep interest and understanding of customers’ needs.
- You are a strategic thinker planner and have good prioritization skills. You are experienced in resolving highly complex business challenges with your analytical skills and synthesizing data/insights.
- You have extensive experience in operating in a multicultural environment and matrix structures. Strong communication and influencing skills
