**Responsibilities**
- Perform maintenance on building and infrastructure including the automated storage and retrieval system freezer warehousing storage.
- Work in a team to ensure all jobs are performed according to the specifications and SOPs.
- Monitor and supervise the servicing and maintenance work carried out by external contractors to ensure works are completed according to specifications.
- Comply to workplace safety rules and regulations
- Perform daily facility inspections and identify any potential defect.
- Perform maintenance and repair with machinery equipment such as Refrigerant Systems indoor/outdoor units, compressor, evaporator, condenser, cooling tower.
- To do maintenance on Fire Detection System, Ammonia Plant and Oxygen Reduction System.
- Handle Preventive Maintenance and Checklist
- Ensure work assigned by Team Lead and Executive Facilities Maintenance is completed in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Warehouse Facilities and Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS)
- Possess hands-on experience in the repair and maintenance
- 5.5 days with 2 rotating shift work.
- Good teamwork

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
