They are looking for a VP Performance Management/FP&A to support the Corporate Banking business, specifically on Transaction Banking business line.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver quality MIS and business analytics for the Transaction Business
- Derive business insights from a range of data sets to help support management decision making and drive business performance - including sales performance, pricing and margin sensitivity, volume trend analysis.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for Transaction Banking business.
- Help to drive and deliver cost savings initiatives / cost efficiencies.
- Deep dives across P&L and balance sheet topics, and act as point of contact for annual stress test.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Qualified Accountant, with degree in accountancy, finance or economics; CA / CPA or other post graduate qualifications.
- Prior experience and exposure to Transaction Banking Products (i.e. Cash Management and Trade Finance Business)
- Relevant experience in Performance Management or Financial planning and analysis or data analytics
- Understanding of Data visualization tools such as Power Bi and Tableau would be useful, but not essential providing strong Excel skills.
