This will help OCC to readily access required data faster.- Manual/departmental document updating - to assist with updating department document and manual. To be relevant for regional jet inclusion.- VOCC (Virtual Ops Control Centre) and SCUD (Scoot Update) - to be POC for VOCC and SCUD restart, ensuring platform is able to meet operations requirement. VOCC is the platform to consolidate all key stakeholder for ops, allow OCC to quickly notify/update on a delay. SCUD is the platform where Ground Ops will use to disseminate information to affected pax during a disruptions on the flight they are travelling on. SCUD will provide update on ETD or HOTAC arrangement if there is any.
