**Clinical Service Associate (Rehab)**:
**The Job**
- Reports to Assistant Director, Community Projects
- Work closely with Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Therapy Assistant in the provision of customer-focus and efficient service to Rehabilitation Department patients.
- Perform patient registration, appointment scheduling, transportation booking, billing and cash collection
- Provide prompt and professional services to customer
- Collect and monitor feedback for the Rehabilitation Department
- Churn out statistic and prepare report
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**Administration and Personnel**
- Perform daily Rehab patient’s registration, transportation booking, appointment scheduling, follow up and transport scheduling
- Perform daily ILTC claim and update daily DRC / Rehabilitation services statistics
- Attend Monthly Departmental meeting
- Replenishing Rehab Department (SUMC and SWMC DRC) inventory when stock is low
- Adhoc job that assigned by reporting officer
- To work on adhoc weekends during events to facilitate department’s operations
- To assist with ferrying clients from transportation drop off point to centre
**Financial**
- Effectively handles all transaction, payment and ensure proper documentation.
- Tally and check end of day collection and supporting documents.
- Ensure all claims are organized and in order. alignment
**Public Relations**
- Ensure a high standard of professional services to clients.
- Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean and customer centered work environment.
- Attend to any ground feedback, where needed.
- Work well with other departments such as finance, medical centres, etc.
**Educational Qualifications**
- Minimum GCE “O” / “N” Levels
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare or relevant sectors
- Preferably with experience in ILTC setting (e.g. centre-based care)
**Skills**
- Possess good customer service skills and strong passion to serve the patients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Has administrative background - versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good team player
- Hardworking and takes initiative
- Willing to learn on the job and open to learn the systems
- Able to multi-task
- Able to handle sensitive documents for the department spelling
- Comfortable to deal with money
