**Ricardo** is a fast-expanding automotive group and an established name in the automotive industry for the past 40 years. The group's businesses include vehicle hire purchase financing operations ( **Ricardo Cars Pte Ltd**) and workshop operations (**Ricardo Auto Centre Pte Ltd**).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To ensure the smooth running of daily workshop operations.
- Attend to customers' enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs and quotations.
- Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers on necessary or additional jobs.
- Assign jobs to technical team and issue job cards.
- Monitor servicing and repair job status and keep customers updated.
- Liaise with technicians and suppliers for parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when needed and communicate any time restrictions to customers in a prompt manner.
- Test drive after completion of repairs before contacting customers for the collection of their cars.
- Close job cards and prepare service invoices with explanation of any outstanding matters on vehicle to customers.
- Send service reminders to customers and maintain friendly yet professional relationship with customers.
- Attend to accident claims surveyors.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE O levels with NITEC or Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical knowledge
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Strong technical knowledge in Continental/European vehicles is a plus
- Experience in customer service industry is essential
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Strong ability to multi-task effectively
- Possess valid Class 3 driving licence
**REMUNERATION**
- Basic monthly salary: $3,000 - $4,200, salary commensurate with experience
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm
- 14 days annual leave per year
