**General Summary**:

- ** PROJECT SUPPORT**:

- Logistic Shipment Track and Trace
- Warehouse automation
- Warehouse Capacity modeling, simulation, Non-linear demand analysis smart system
- Interface with 3PL systems
- Work floor and workflow improvement
- Setup up and extend solutions to other global sub-warehouse facility
- Warehouse Dash board creation.
- System solution for Document Archive and Retrieval, Global Solution.
- ** Warehouse Operation Sustenance**:

- Create automated reports for Operations view and maintenance of the reports.
- Quarter end shipment report / POD reconciliation for Finance revenue recognition.
- Maintenance and enhancement of Cycle Count tools.
- Develop and maintain automated alert system for critical indices to be monitored.
- Develop new systems or enhanced existing that better supports Logistic Warehouse operations.
- Work with stake holders as part of a team, capture business requirement to address gaps and efficiencies, translate that into software design and develop the solution.
- ** Requirements**:

- ** Domain knowledge**:

- Prior experience in semiconductor test, warehouse or similar environment is an advantage.
- Understand the roles, business and functions such as engineering, operation, planning, customer service and logistic of a fabless semiconductor company.
- ** Software / Hardware**:

- Familiar with Unix, Linux and Windows systems and programming environment.
Application development using scripting (vb, javascript, bash,..etc), python, perl, java, C/C++,..etc.
- Familiar with SQL programming, work with mainly MySQL, MariaDB and Oracle.
- Comfortable exploring other unstructured databases such as MongoDB and Graph.
- Software engineering, software design patterns knowledge.
- ** Others**:

- Willing to travel.
- Work with counterparts/colleagues to co-develop solution.
- Leadership, strong drive to excel, team player.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

OR

Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related business process analysis experience.
