Our HR team consists of specialists across the globe who support the business through a number of key areas, including Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition and Management, Organisational Development and Compensation and Benefits.
Available locations: Melbourne, Sydney or Singapore
As Toll continues its transformation journey, a new opportunity has become available for a Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Diversity to join the HR leadership team, where you will lead the corporate centre of excellence for organisation design, talent acquisition, workforce planning and diversity, inclusion & belonging across Toll Group globally.
As Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Diversity you will,- Advise HR Business Partners (BPs) on best practice and fit for purpose organisation structures, to enable them in turn, to assist their internal stakeholders with organisation design aligned to their business strategy- Work with HRBPs to build medium and long-term workforce plans that address current demographic imbalances and capability gaps for business strategy execution, within the employee populations they serve- Develop a talent acquisition strategy for the group- Monitor the functionality of supporting talent acquisition technology to ensure optimum performance through regular upgrades and renewal as needed- Work with all relevant stakeholders, curate a welcoming, efficient and effective onboarding process designed to create a positive first impression, both prior to joining and during the initial period of employment.- Design and deliver a diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy which enables Toll’s workforce to reflect the communities within which we operate and ensures all employees feel valued, can contribute their best efforts and produce the outcomes expected of them.
To ensure that your success, you will possess:
- Extensive experience in leadership of talent acquisition functions, with exposure to various operating models- Experience in leading and creating diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies- Experience in organisation design and workforce planning- Experience in generalist HR, preferred but not essential- Exposure to multi-national environments essential with track record in a global role preferred- Degree qualified
