**Introduction**:
**CMA-CGM EDI system is built in 2 parts**:
The EDI front end system, in charge of data mapping and communication protocols, which is based on IBM ITX, SBI and MQ products.
The EDI back-end, containing the business data and the triggering or integration rules. The back end can be, depending on the concerned business area for the legacy Oracle database as well as the new SAP Transportation Management system.
As a EDI Specialist for ITX, you will be responsible for providing architecture, design, development and support for CMA-CGM EDI mapper platform which is based on ITX technology (IBM Transformation eXtender)
**Your Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
Work on ITX mapper component enhancement for performance and new functionalities
Enhance the ITX framework architecture to support the stability and performance the EDI platform
Closely monitor the performance and stability of the communication platform, take lead and implement actions when it needs improvement
Take the lead on critical incidents, coordinate the investigations and implement solutions.
Ensure accurate and prompt documentation, testing and quality control
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple medium-to-complex IT projects with business users and internal IT team in an effective and collaborative manner.
**Minimum requirements**:
A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline from a reputable education institute.
Possess strong ITX knowledge in transformation product and launcher usage
Experience in Usage of custom development to enhance product is a plus (Custom C program, JAVA program)
Experience with the latest version [10] of ITX is a plus
Technical expertise in Oracle SQL/ PL-SQL, Oracle 12+ will be a plus
