Singapore AUXILIARY CONSULTANT (AC) Full time

Monthly salary from $4000-6000

Working Time: 8.30am-6.00pm, 5days work

Annual Leave: 10days

Requirement
- At least Diploma or above in HR / Business / Administration
- At least 2-3 years of payroll related experience & familiar with Info-Tech System
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice

Job Scope
- Assist Office Manager to oversee entire office management & manage the full spectrum of HR functions
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
- Liaise with project team on material specification.
- Material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfillment including ISO's compliance.
- Preparation and execution of purchase requisition.
