**Major Responsibilities**:
1. Handle corporate accounts with specific requirement in Bahasa Language.

2. Teach the Indonesian Language to learners with language proficiency levels from pre-beginner to advanced levels.

3. Conduct trainings for corporate clients using Bahasa Language.

4. Offer translation services on business documents and contracts for key accounts requiring Bahasa-English-Mandarin language translations.

5. Implement teaching methodologies aligned with Academic Team.

6. Develop instructional materials and lesson plan for this language expertise.

7. Deliver the Indonesian Language module according to standard and procedure set.

8. Arrange any extracurricular activities and set targets for students.

9. Maintain record of students’ performance and learning milestones.

10. Conduct regular evaluation of students to determine appropriate teaching strategies.

11. Handle student’s inquiries/ clarifications related to course outline.

12. Provides assignment and further learning exercise to ensure consistency of student learning.

13. Provides feedback on student’s class performance and determine appropriate intervention.

14. Continued review and development of teaching curriculum.

**Adhoc Function as FrontDesk/Customer Service Officer**

1. Handle concerns, queries and clarification of walk in customer and ensures conversion by closely monitoring and follow through on enrollment processes including payment monitoring and endorsement to academic’s department.

2. Provides consultation to parents and students in regards to appropriate course selection.

3. Liaise with different department to provide administrative support.

4. Arranges trial class schedule with academics’ department and oversees the student admissions

5. Communicate promotional campaigns and activities to parents.

6. Acknowledges and resolve customer complaints.
