Service Desk Agent - Shifts

**Responsibilities**:
- 1st level helpdesk to respond to calls
- Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues with login and mobile app.
- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
- Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback
**Qualifications**:
- Able to commit to night shifts, weekend and PH working slots
- Able to commit to work in office (HPTC Building - near Commonwealth MRT)
- Call Centre/Customer Service experience will be advantageous
- Basic computer literacy
- Stress Management Skills
- Strong communication skills
