Job Duties:

- Conceptualizing and designing 3D visuals: Developing creative concepts and ideas for exhibition spaces, including designing visual layouts, booth structures, props, and signage.
- Creating 3D models: Utilizing specialized software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender to create accurate 3D models of the exhibition spaces, including detailed representation of display booths, stages, furniture, and other elements.
- Designing interactive elements: Incorporating interactive features such as touch screens, augmented reality (AR), or virtual reality (VR) experiences into the exhibition design to enhance visitor engagement. Creating user-friendly interfaces for interactive displays and devices.
- Collaborating with team members: Working closely with event organizers, architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to understand the requirements and objectives of the exhibition. Coordinating with other professionals to ensure design integration and seamless execution of the exhibition.
- Adhering to brand guidelines: Ensuring that the exhibition design aligns with the client's brand identity and guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and visual style.
- Staying updated with new technologies: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field of 3D design, interactive technologies, and exhibition industry to continuously improve the quality and impact of exhibition designs.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting: Identifying potential design challenges or technical issues and finding creative solutions to ensure the successful execution of the exhibition design.
- Overall, the job of a 3D graphic designer for exhibitions involves translating concepts and ideas into visually compelling and immersive 3D designs that effectively communicate the brand message, enhance visitor experience, and achieve the desired objectives of the exhibition.
- Provide creative and innovative 3D design services to internal and external customers.
- Be the link between internal and external stakeholders where creative design direction is required.
- Present design concepts to all stakeholders.
- Provide creative and innovative solutions throughout the entire creative process, from the taking of a brief to conceptualization and designs to production and final delivery of completed builds.
- Provide input and direction to the production team to ensure that the approved designs are delivered to the highest quality.
- Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide effective support and mentorship to the team.
- Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.
- Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events industry (MICE) or related experience.
- Experience in interpreting briefs.
- Strong space planning, creative and visualization skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into production drawings.
- Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
