As a 2D / 3D Graphic Designer in the Event/Media/Exhibitions/Advertising Agency industry, you will be utilizing your expertise in 3D modeling, texture mapping, and other techniques to craft captivating graphics, visual effects, and animations. Your role will involve reviewing 3D arts, suggesting enhancements, and developing 3D sculpts and assets that align with artistic standards. Troubleshooting issues during project work and engaging in discussions with clients, Designers, and Directors to assess projects and deadlines will also be part of your responsibilities.To excel in this position, you are required to hold a Certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. A robust portfolio showcasing your previous work and accomplishments is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3D Max, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects is crucial. Strong time management skills, a proactive attitude towards staying updated on the latest creative tools, and prior experience in Events & Stall designing are highly valued.Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating intricate 2D and 3D models using Autodesk 3ds Max and collaborating closely with clients and project teams to comprehend design requirements. Conceptualizing art, storyboards, and visual representations to support project planning, optimizing designs for diverse platforms, and ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to brand guidelines and quality benchmarks will be part of your routine. Staying abreast of contemporary design trends and software enhancements is essential for success in this role.As a qualified candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field along with proven experience as a 2D/3D Graphic Designer backed by a compelling portfolio. Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software, a solid grasp of visual design principles, keen attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment are vital attributes.This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, performance bonuses, yearly bonuses, and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in a physical work environment.
