**About the Role**:
Enerpac Tool Group (“Enerpac”) is searching for a Regional Marketing Director for our Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This position will act as the commercial marketing leader responsible for understanding the business growth strategy and establishing key initiatives to accelerate market share and revenue generation for the APAC business. Market analysis including competitor analysis (including market share), pricing analysis and support, developing and managing the regional distributor program (updated annually), and leading the development of the regional marketing strategy (aligned to the regional growth priorities), are critical responsibilities of this role. The Regional Marketing Director will form part of the Regional Leadership Team working closely with the global product and marketing teams to align to best practice and managing a team of local marketing specialists.
- Execute thorough competitive and market analysis to build the foundation for informed decision-making (market share, price points, features/benefits, market mapping for end-user targeting, macro/micro trends)
- Plan for key commercial activities that will accelerate incremental revenue in support of distributor partners and Enerpac business - events, tradeshows, promotions, etc.
- Build channel development programs that help our distributor partners grow via mutually beneficial incentives (market development funds, incentives based on sales/inventory thresholds, etc).
- Support local sales teams and distributor partners by providing relevant content and promotional material that accelerate Enerpac product sales.
- Support global product teams in new product development, voice-of-the-customer studies, market sizing, demand forecasting, and new product launches into the region.
- Support global marketing teams with regional customer profiles, end-user targeting lists, campaign development, and execution, as well as e-commerce testing and support as required.
- Onsite execution for regional tradeshows and exhibition delivery.
- Sales performance reporting including revenue, margin by product, and year-over-year trends.Co-ordinate regional marcoms activity in conjunction with the global Marcoms team
