Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a field of transaction coordination within finance or real estate sector.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in process and/or project management especially in real estate transaction.
- Experience working with real estate management software such as salesforce and tririga.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and is able to navigate in ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good business and financial acumen.
- Problem solver with a bias to action, requiring little direction to initiate and complete tasks.
**About the job**:
As a Real Estate Transactions Coordinator within Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), you will provide transactional support to your Regional Director to whom you report and other transaction executives on the regional real estate commercial team. You will overlook the regional portfolio administration for agreements outside our vendor scope: global fee payment, critical dates review, accurate data entry and reporting, and business owner of the program’s systems and tools. You'll be an integral part of the Real Estate Strategy and Transaction team providing consistent and high quality data management, reporting, and analysis that supports real estate delivery and assists the evolution of Google’s future real estate strategy.
In this role, you will focus on a regional portfolio and will be a trusted and knowledgeable partner coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams. This position is built around teamwork and meeting internal stakeholder needs.

**Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for data in the real estate management system ensuring accuracy and compliance over full life cycle of space, from entry and documentation collection through the collation of approvals, signatures, and ongoing administration through termination and reporting.
- Track critical dates such as expirations, renewals, notice periods, break options, etc. for specific transactions and overall portfolio, in conjunction with lease adminstration.
- Support Transaction Executives with documentation related to the transaction process such as agreement sheets, Letters of Intent, Engagement Letters, notices, and other items.
- Provide relevant information and documentation as needed to other REWS teams such as Lease Administration, Workplace Services, as well as cross-functional areas such as FP&A and Accounting.
- Communicate with other regional transactional coordinators to ensure consistency and compliance with processes as well as providing back up as needed.
