Your new responsibilities
- Develop, Configure and Optimize Laser Marking and Module Sorting Processes
- In-depth understanding of Laser Types, Wavelengths, Frequency mainly used in Semiconductor industry
- Conduct Design of Experiments and execute the experiments/ Evaluations required for New Process Parameters Optimization, Material and Machine Qualification
- Define Critical Process Parameters and Measurement Methods for the responsible process
- Develop Process Control Plan, Perform Risk Assessments and Prepare OCAP
- Develop Define device, technology design rules and target specifications related to the responsible process
- Provide Process Documentations and Operation Instructions
- Support for Responsible Process to meet Project Timeline
- Responsible for process development on Laser Marking and Module-Sorting for Customer Product Development.
- Responsible for the process meeting customer’s specification including yield, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Support the technology and product development from the very first idea through ramp-up and to release of the Product to Operations.

What we look for
- Degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 5 years exposure to Semiconductor field
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in Laser Marking and Module Sorting Process
- Strong knowledge on FMEA, control plan, 8D, root cause analysis, SPC and DOE
- Strong team member, able to carry out task and duties assigned within the team
