**Job Description Summary**: The Executive Counsel, Global Investigations, will be part of GE HealthCare's Litigation & Investigations team, which has overall responsibility for global GE HealthCare litigation, internal and external investigations, and dispute resolutions.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead team in APAC region conducting privileged and sensitive investigations on behalf of the GE HealthCare
- Manage and conduct investigations, including interviews, document review, research, documentation, presentation preparation, reporting, and data analysis
- Develop strategy and investigation plans in conjunction with Global Chief Litigation & Investigations Counsel and other team members
- Brief senior executive management, both in the APAC region and in the U.S., on investigation findings and recommendations for corrective action and improvements
- Provide cross-functional support to the Compliance function to (i) identify emerging issues and trends; (ii) help define process improvements; and (iii) help with training initiatives
- Drive efficiencies and cost reduction in investigative matter management, including with regard to budgets for external counsel and forensic/discovery-related needs
- Global travel and coordination across various GE HealthCare business units and legal organizations
