1. Direct and manage the Operations department.

2. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the department goals. 3. Ensure strong company culture across the departments.

4. Motivate the department to accomplish the department goals.

**Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree graduate is preferred

2. 3-5 years of experience in business, supervision, and management with eCommerce/startup background

3. Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner

4. Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting **start-up environment**

5. Interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills

**Skills**

1. Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate with employees.

2. Analytical and sharp mind

3. Adherence to guidelines

4. Committed and dedicated

5. Fast learner in fast-paced environment

6. Experienced in **Logistics (3PL) and Fulfillment **is a must

7. Experienced in **E-commerce and Start-up company **(direct-to-consumer, business-to-consumer) is preferred

Working schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
