About this position
This role offers an excellent opportunity to quickly build upon your accounting and treasury experience. You will form part of a team providing accounting and treasury support to international businesses from a diverse range of industries.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders in collating vendor invoices.
- Process vendor payments on e-Banking platforms in an accurate and timely manner for multiple clients.
- Adhere to the payment policies/ procedures and related processes in place for preparing and reviewing of payment.
- Investigate and follow up on unreconciled or failed payment transactions.
- Monitor the clients’ bank balances.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in processing XBRL requests.
- Lead a team of 1 to 3 team members. Plan the work of your team and help them to ensure deliverables are timely and processes are efficient.
- Involve in any other adhoc projects and related tasks as and when required by the Partner(s)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum “A” level or Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from a professional services firm
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and fully commit to work schedule
