Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Advisor with a strong track record in enhancing company valuation and guiding capital markets strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation strategy, investor readiness, and capital raising planning, particularly in the context of high-growth or pre-IPO companies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with the leadership team to develop strategies to increase company valuation, including revenue model optimization, margin improvement, and operational leverage.
2. Build and maintain robust financial models, including scenario analysis, valuation models (DCF, comparables, etc.), and investor pitch metrics.
3. Advise on capital market readiness and long-term financing strategy (e.g., Series A/B, private equity, convertible notes, IPO readiness).
4. Provide guidance on equity and debt structuring, cap table management, and shareholder return optimization.
5.Support preparation for fundraising rounds: develop investor materials, coach founders, and assist with due diligence.
6. Assess opportunities for strategic partnerships, M&A, or corporate restructuring that may enhance value.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA highly preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, or strategic financial advisory.
3. Proven experience in valuation, capital raising, and financial storytelling for high-growth or investor-backed companies.
4. Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s capital markets landscape and Singapore’s regulatory environment.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic recommendations.
6. Mandarin is a MUST

Preferred Background:
1. Experience working with startups or mid-stage companies preparing for investment or IPO.
2. Familiarity with investor expectations and fundraising trends in the tech, finance, or insurance sectors.
3. Hands-on experience in creating investor decks, pitch narratives, and strategic roadmaps for value creation.
