In-depth knowlodge in Ayurvedic field and Ayurvedic therapies and ayurvedic treatments with minimum bachelor degree.
- previous expirence managing an Ayurvedic clinic or hospital is an added advantage.At least 10 yrs of expirence as an Ayurvedic therapiest with proven track record in Ayurvedic therapy supervisory role.
- Perform specialized Ayurvedic therapies as needed demonstrating expertise and skill.
- Able to work an saturday &sundays and public holidays.
- Design and update the Ayurvedic therapy menu with variety of Ayurvedic treatments and packages.
- Responsible for the daily operating activities of the clinic
- Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet the clinic’s requirement
- Ensure overall cleanliness and the clinic and conformance to the Health & Safety regulations as required by authorities
- Responsible for inventory management
- Collate report every end of the month
- Manage appointments
- Oversee and appraise staff performance
- Train and develop staff
- Encourage effective teamwork
- Liaise with other Clinic Managers should the need arise
- Any other duties as and when assigned
