**What Does a Shore Operation Trainee (SOT)?**

SOT is a part of coordination for the operational management of the barges at jetty and all the activities ashore to support the project.

**The** tasks that await you**
- Follow up loading operations at DFIP
- Coordination of Mooring team boarding to the barges
- Overview the berthing and Unberthing of barges
- Overview document flow for barge loading
- Ensure proper communication flow between Comilog and fleet
- Support Ashore logistics and operations
- Participate to regular meeting with the customer
- Support the logistics of spare parts, food, and crew management on site
- Ensure good reporting of Spinergie by crew

**Your competences and core qualification**
- Marine transport high school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in French and English are required.
- Ambitious
- Attention to details
- Ability to learn fast
- Basic computer skills

**Place of work**

The SOT is based in NORDEN Transshipment Office at Owendo/Gabon

Duration of the Traineeship is 06 months with the possibility to be extended to a permanent position
