**Responsibilities**:

- Manage data processing, compilation and dissemination of statistics from multiple sources. Some of the activities include:Extracting data from the central database/data warehouse using data querying tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Designing and developing dashboards for more streamlined reporting of corporate performance for monthly management meetings.
- Analyse and report key corporate statistics to enable effective monitoring and early detection of potential operational issues, and to identify new trends and insights.
- Develop and review operational strategies and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support corporate planning and reporting work.
- Perform secretariat duties for senior management meetings.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge and experience in statistics and data management is required. Proficiency in statistical software and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyse and contextualise issues to identify problems and propose recommendations.
- Good in written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
