**Role Summary**

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- Direct Support: Assist the Senior Manager with daily tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the corporate website (3 languages), manage content, and monitor analytic.
- Social Media: Create engaging content, schedule posts, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Graphic Design: Maintain brand assets, design marketing materials, and update company profiles.
- Event Support: Coordinate with organizers, assist with logistics, and promote events across channels.
- Vendor Management: Assist with vendor feedback, asset delivery and monitoring project development.
- Content Creation: Assist with writing and editing blog posts, press releases, media articles and website content.
- Promotional Goods: Maintain adequate stocks across markets and a pool of suitable vendors, liaising directly with all markets to support their needs and collaborate on sourcing

**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), familiarity with CMS.
- Communication: Strong writing and editing skills, fluency in English. Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.
- Attributes: Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for Sustainability & Marketing: A keen interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
- Creative & Adaptable: Able to balance attention to detail with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability & Integrity: A strong work ethic, open and honest approach, willingness to take initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.
