**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Account Receivable(Manage account receivable tasks, generating customer invoices, monitoring payment timelines).
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for business-to-business customers and other third parties including online submission through customers' portals.
- Verify and resolve any customers’ billing issues.
- Generate and send monthly statement of accounts to customers.
- Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Follow up on disputes and collection
- To resolve outstanding payment issues promptly and maintain efficient records of all collection activities.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) function
- Confirm and process payments to suppliers and vendors
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least LCCI in Accounting, Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in **Accounting and Finance.**:

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, meticulous, and willing to learn.
- Possesses positive attitude and able to multi-task and work in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Computer literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
