Annie's All Natural, a producer of premium cultured dairy products, is seeking a dedicated and versatile **Logistics and Production Coordinator **to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of our products, supporting production processes, and enhancing our logistics and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery of Orders (40%)**:Safe and efficient delivery of orders to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, while maintaining excellent customer service.
- **Production Assistance (25%)**:Support the production team with tasks such as preparing ingredients, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- **Logistics and Inventory Management (25%)**:Develop and oversee systems for tracking and managing inventory of supplies and finished goods. Coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and optimize logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
- **Assist Co-Founder with Ad Hoc Needs (10%)**:Provide support to the co-founder with various tasks as needed, which may include admin, coordinating projects, or other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or production environments.
- Ability to develop and implement systems for efficiency.
- Proactive, team-oriented, collaborative attitude, with a commitment to quality.
- Proficient at Microsoft excel, Google Forms, Sheets, and Docs
- Valid L1 Food Hygiene Certificate
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
