**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analytics Solutions Development : To develop end-to-end advanced analytics solutions for Global Operations Business Functions using Microsoft based Data Lake tech stack.
- Conceive and build solutions for business process outcome improvements using data, AI / ML /algorithms.
- To analyze business problems, identify data sources, extract, transform, process, simulate outputs, test, productionize and maintain solutions.

**Internal**
- Design, build, test, maintain and improve Advanced Analytics Solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, to understand business problems and deliver data analysis, insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Technology (IT) teams - Business Intelligence, SAP/Biz.Applications and Data Engineering, Digital teams for Power BI/ Dataflow/automation pipeline creations for business process/outcome improvements.
- Suggest and drive recommendations for automating repetitive tasks using Microsoft Platforms /AI solutions.

**External**
- Participate in Big Data infrastructure project using Azure Data Lake/Azure Open AI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Data Analytics / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence/ Computer Science Engineering/ Mathematics / Statistics /IT / Computing / Operations Research or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML projects
- ERP / SAP R/3/ S4 HANA/ Oracle / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics / Quality / Engineering business process knowledge
- Good Communication skills
