DESIGNATION : Admin Assistant (6-month contract), SMU Executive Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role of Commercial Team Assistant is expected to support the Commercial Team within the Executive Development Department. The commercial team consists of Client Directors (CD) looking after Customised Programmes and Business Development Managers (BDM) looking after Public Programmes. The Commercial team assistant will support the CDs and BDMs for the following:
- Communication with faculty, clients and partners as advised by Reporting Officer
- Coordinate with Commercial team members on setting up internal/external meetings
- Booking of venues for discussions, minute taking etc
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate with a good command over the English Language
- Pleasing Personality and able to communicate effectively
- At least 6 years of working experience
- Knowledge of Excel and Power Points
- Administrative Skills
- Attention to detail
- Pleasant Disposition
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to create spread sheets
- Ability to integrate information from multiple sources
