**Responsibilities**:
To conduct daily safety briefings and visitor briefings. Prefably with conducting SIC experience.

To conduct safety audits and inspections on all work activities to ensure compliance to safety rules & regulation, SMM plan and come up with follow-up actions for non-compliances

Full time supervises any High Risk Activities, critical work etc

Experience in preparing and reviewing of Risk Assessment / SWP and other safety related documents

To inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and governmental regulations

To conduct regular safety inspections of materials, tools, machineries

Experience in conducting emergency evacuation drills

To support, coordinate, implement all WSH-related initiatives such as safety promotion, campaigns, trainings etc

To assist with the management of WSH programme and promote awareness to all stakeholders

Experience in incident investigation, identify possible root causes of accidents and determine measures to prevent occurrence

To maintain first aid facilities and ensure replenishment when necessary

Assess and signoff of ptw when required

To prepare reports for all safety inspections and audits

Audit and acknowledged on the safety related documents done before execution

To compile and maintain safety records and report

Advice on provisions to minimize safety risks

Develop and enforce SHE policies (e.g. accident reporting process)

Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions

Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues

Intervene in unsafe activities or operations

Liaise with and report to official regulatory bodies on SHE matters

Assist in ConSASS and ISO audits and other ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:
Possess Advance WSH Certificate

Competent ECO / ECMO (prefered)

Minimum 3-4 years in Construction Industry

Completed projects from start to finish

ConSASS and ISO audits experiened

Previous project experience in relevant fields eg civil & construction projects, roadworks, pipe jacking

Confined Space Safety Assessor

Occupational First Aider
