Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish. This includes planning, supervising and controlling subcontractors and direct workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Track schedules and help resolve site issues swiftly.
  • Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Assist with quality inspections and support handover/commissioning.
  • Maintain documentation for inspections, work progress, and records.
  • Organize and prepare construction and architectural documents and drawing.
  • Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant consultant including shop drawings & As-Built submission.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
  • Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, and documentation and ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
  • Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E colleagues and subcontractors to resolve related issues.
  • Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.
  • Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with requirements.
  • Attend site & WSHC meetings and coordination.
  • Required skills: BIM, Autocad.
  • Work independently.
  • Ensuring work is completed in accordance to schedule.
  • Attend pre-tender site show round where required.


Skills: We are looking for candidates with a strong background in construction management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, with a focus on safety, quality and timeline. They will also have knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD software.
