Your video editing work supports the branding/digital marketing projects of MNCs, national broadcast, commercial, and social organisations. You should possess a reasonably creative sense to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a good story.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the Executive Producer, from the production to post-production stages.
- Edit video footage using digital tools (i.e. Adobe Premiere pro, After Effects).
- Review scripts to create a shot selection list based on the scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
- Create rough and final cuts, with logical sequencing.
- Transcribe audio interviews, logging.
- Create basic graphic assets, from references & templates, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Create basic motion graphics & animation in After Effects.
- Provide on-site support in video production/ digital marketing content work, under guidance. This will be 10% - 15% of your duties as a way to help you develop holistically, and keep your work interesting and engaging.

**PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS**

- Listen & retain verbal instructions accurately
- Show initiative & self-directed learning
- Have reasonable awareness & fit to the team culture, e.g. responsiveness, active participation
- Write & communicate clearly in English
- Must be independently proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop
- An ability to produce 2D animation (After Effects) is a strong plus
- Academic background in Media Studies and/or Visual Communications is desired
