Event Coordinator for Fashion Shows and Beauty Pageants

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and coordinating fashion shows and beauty pageants, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.

2. Coordinate with designers, models, and participants to ensure smooth execution of events.

3. Manage event timelines, schedules, and deadlines.

5. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure delivery of goods and services.

6. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

8. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, participants, and attendees.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.

2. Experience in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with fashion show or beauty pageant production.

2. Knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry.

3. Certification in event planning or a related field.
